At Hands from Heaven Massage, your satisfaction and comfort matter. Please review the following policy before booking or purchasing.

Services and Massage Sessions

All massage services are non refundable once the session has been completed.

If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out within 24 hours so I can make it right. Your feedback is always welcome and appreciated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non refundable but may be transferred to another person. They must be presented at time of service and used before the expiration date if one is listed.

Retail Products and Gift Baskets

Unused and unopened retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Custom gift baskets and personalized items are final sale.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo so I can assist you.
